What fascinates you most about music? What fascinates me most about music is that I can share it with everyone. I can communicate with any person through music even if I don't speak their language. This has made me friends from all over the world.

Which musician has influenced you the most so far? The pianist Esbjörn Svensson and his trio e.s.t. definitely inspired me the most. His way of combining classical elements with jazz appealed to me immediately, because I originally come from classical music and only later moved towards jazz. He's still one of the best musicians I've ever heard.

With which band/soloists have you always wanted to be on stage? I would very much like to play with Esbjörn Svensson's band, Dan Berglund and Magnus Oström. I love how all three make music together and e.s.t. sounds like a really big organism. I would like to be part of it one day.

What is your life outside of music like? When I'm not making music, I like to be outdoors, playing soccer or going for walks. I also like to cook and try new things. But I am also interested in other art forms, such as drawing or origami, and then combine them with music.
